Except for allowing different type of room than the booked one, the stay was comfortable.. Rooms are well maintained. The lighting of sensor type needs to be relooked especially in bathroom.

recently had the pleasure of visiting Parkavan Towers, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The building is well-maintained, and clean, and offers a peaceful environment. The security and staff are polite and always ready to help, which adds to the sense of safety and comfort. The location is very convenient, with nearby access to supermarkets, public transport, and other essential facilities. Whether you're a family. Parkavan Towers is a great place to stay!

worth staying at the Parkavan. rooms are very clean and all automate. I would suggest my friends for sure. Parking is the only issue. we don't have shelter parking for your car.
